By day, Sax is as a charming European style café serving strong coffee and their famous Sourdough Crumpets, piled high with mouthwatering toppings like Smoked salmon cream fresh and chive; Wagyu pastrami with gruyere cheese and for the sweet tooth; Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and honeycomb will satisfy your craving.

As the sun begins to set the ambiance shifts and SAX transforms into a chic lounge bar, where the mellow sounds of a live saxophonist serenade diners. Executive Chef, J.J. Norris has created a  sophisticated menu including highlights, Kingfish crudo with pomegranate, finger lime citrus oils and salmon roe; King prawns with garlic, chili and baby capers; and a decadent Lobster, prawn and crab ravioli with lobster bisque.

Of course a lounge bar wouldn’t be complete without a show stopping cocktail list, Sax’s signature cocktails are named after musical powerhouses like the Ray Charles (Ardbeg 10, Dom Benedictine, Mandarin, Honey, Ginger, Egg White) or the Amy Winehouse (with Belvedere, Cointreau, Yellow Chartreuse, pineapple, passionfruit, lemon and rosemary).
